the hotel's location allowed easy access to many key attractions. i found the on-site parking very convenient (a real plus in a busy area). the staff were consistently helpful and approachable.
the room size was slightly smaller than i anticipated.

i received a complimentary upgrade to a standard twin room upon arrival. the staff at reception were efficient, and check-in was quick. breakfast included a surprising variety of options, including gluten-free choices, so i did not have to miss out.

strange smelldirty towels
the room felt quite basic for the price. there were no extra amenities like a fridge or kettle, i expected more. the bathroom always had a strange smell. the towels also had some dirt on them. it was a letdown for the price we paid
